I recently started working out again with a couple friends after work. My old routine proved good, but not the complete outcome I was looking for. Basically I am looking for input, with specific excercises, that go in a solid routine. EG: monday's wednesday's friday's arms-back-shoulders-chest workouts. tuesday's thursday's legs/lower body workouts. Any imput would be much appreciated. I am looking for mass+definition if that makes any difference.
