So I've been on the WS4SB for three weeks now, and I think I like it, however, my deadlift is what concerns me. I started at week one with 130lbs, then week two went to 150lbs, then this week I'm at 160lbs (max effort of 5). However, I'm not sure I'm really doing them well. I think first of all those numbers sound low even for starting out. Also, my lower lower back feels like there's a pinch for like a day or two after, so that would make me think that my form is bad, but I make sure my back is straight, shoulders rounded and fill my stomach with air before descent. I don't know what would be causing this pain. Should I not be adding weight every week? Also, am I supposed to reset after each rep or no? I'm 5'10 160lbs btw.
