Thanks man.. that's definately what I'm going for. I'm trying to hit at least 260.. and god it's alot of eating... I easily spend 1/2 my day eating / snacking

pt you look pretty big, but your numbers seem really low for how long you've been lifting and how big you look. No offense or anything, just an observation.

Actually my leg #'s are even down since that post, but my bench is up, deads are about the same... but yeah.. I haven't gained strength like I would like.. I did see some pretty good strength gains on both 5 x 5 and my attempt at C. P. but for mass gains (my goal) I stay in the 8-12 rep range.
need to hit the back harder, otherwise thick

nice progress, if your growing and thats your main goal then who care about your numbers pt. They will come anyway. Dont dwell on them if there not the goal in mind. I dont give a shit how much i lift, never have. I always use what it takes to grow, for me.
