At 225lb @ 18-19%
At 203@ 11-10%?? What do you guys think? Should I cut a bit more?
stats at the different weights =
Bench = 365 max
Dead= 550 max
Squat = 565 max
Bench 295 max
Dead 450 max
squat 425 max
Due to all my running..
how can you deal with strength loss like that?

What exactly did you go gym/cardio wise?
Run a cycle of test enan, boldenone, and some winny at the end. That'll do the trick.
