Go ahead and tear me apart
i like the spiral staircase a lot
that cup is pretty hot... moar of the girl??
some cool shots. that girls skin (the boy shorts shot) doesn't look very healthy. and i'm not a huge fan of how burned down the tiffany bag got. and the big white hotspot on the girl in teh grass is distracting and doens't have any detail. i'm a complete amateur, so take what i say with a grain of salt.
I really like your photos, but they always seem to have strange grey tones / contrast. I assume it is from too much highlights & shadows.
I'm not the only one that sees that? *whew*
I was about to go re-calibrate my monitor....
thanks for the feedback guys. what do you mean by highlights/shadows on some pics? sorry just trying to understand what i can improve on next time
Your photos have a strange look to them, ive seen a very similar effect when using the Shadow/Highlight adjustment in photoshop, or sometimes with HDR images.
like danoldo did here... but not that bad.
The subway shot is sweet. Nothing to really dog on here besides the shadows/highlights as mentioned.
I like the dry ice one
girl on grass - remove her shoe, the underside is distracting from the clean fresh, unspoiled appeal that should come through. Or put on a pair of shoes just for the shot, with an unmarked sole. If this is a "modeling" type shot, the clothes including shoes are props, not what she actually wore to the location.
tiger- beautiful, more so if you crop out the tiger on the right with his ass to the viewer. Focus on the left tiger, nice contrast between the tiger's coloration and the pale blue tones in the background.
girl's ass on bed- pale grey color of the girl's skin, and overall pale blue cast gives this a 'deadite'/post-suicide feel to it. Are you going for a macabre vibe, or is this meant to produce a feeling of youth and female sexuality? If you're going for the former, great...
the rest are pretty good. Tiffany's bag shows a nice composition with some some softness that emphasises the timeless quality. good.
good stuff, i've always liked your composures
i like. I am curious how the tiffany bag shot was set up
dry ice, staircase, subway are all my favorites
excellent job on those
