tried this the other day, came out pretty good.. I usually use chicken or shrimp for this recipe, but tuna is a little bit cheaper
Ingredients:
16 oz box of Rotini pasta
3 cans of tuna
32 oz carton of half and half
6oz bag of parmasaean cheese
1/2 stick of butter
6oz jar of sun dried tomatoes
Cajun seasoning
Minced Garlic
Directions:
Begin to boil water for pasta
Melt butter in large saute pan
Combine Tuna, sun dried tomatoes, cajun seasoning to tolerance, and minced garlic. Stir frequently
Begin to boil pasta for about 8-9 minutes
Pour 24 oz of half and half into tuna mixture, bring to a boil
Then pour bag of parmasean cheese into mixture, bring to boil, stirring frequently
Allow to simmer until pasta is done
Drain pasta
Pour mix into pasta, then stir
That's it. Dinner is served for the next 6 meals
Add some flour if the mix is still too runny, it should be thick and milky when it's all done
