So, I have been getting sick and sleeping like shit. At this mornings training session we were warming up the snatch and I was getting light headed. So, we start doing reps from the high hang, meanwhile I am getting more light headed and managed to snatch 70 kg directly into my forehead as I started to feel a little faint. It felt awesome and I started gushing blood everywhere and my training for the ended 10 minutes into it. Fuck being sick and fuck snatching weights into teh 5heads. I'll post a pic later.
