I need to get some opinions... For a couple days following chest + tricepts day, my elbows are starting to really hurt. Its the actual joints, too. Whats teh thoughts on wrapping, or even braces? quick background... Im 32, bout 6'2" and go about 175. My max bench is around 260... but its the rep days that are killing me. And I have a history of bad joints; I've had several surgeries already. The easy solution would be to back off, or quit altogether, but I dont wanna do either. I am finally starting to make some good gains, and I dont wanna lose them. No additives except protein. Cliffs notes: Whats teh consensus on wrapping the elbows for bench days?
