So i don't drink much moo milk. ever since i stopped during college, my stomach just doesn't agree with the lactose, and i'll get cramps. I'm 145, and currently on hypertrophic routine. I'm consuming about 160-170g of protein from non-soy sources, and am hardly depending on soy protein. Now, i've read lots of thigns saying how bad it is for people with thyroid issues, and what not...as well as many studies showing it as being ineffective for building. However, i consume about 1 cup a day. 1/2 cup in my morning cereal, and 1/2 cup in my afternoon shake. SHould i cut it completely? Is it harming me any?
