I know we all slam soy but I can't remember why. The reason I ask is one of my training partners has decided to start a supplement company and so far the only product he has in is whey. It's a mix of whey, casein, egg and soy protein. Personally I think it's a fucking retarded business venture because the profit margin on protein powder is really small. However he has given me a few tubs for free but I haven't decided if I'm going to use it or not. So why the soy hate?
