I've looked through the stickies and all I've found is some notes where people say soy is bad. But I don't know how bad, and what I should do. I have a minor lactose intolerance problem. I'm okay with some cheese (and a bowl full of cottage cheese doesn't seem to affect me) and some dairy. But a glass of milk gives me very bad stomach pains (I love milk too ). I only figured it out in the last few years. So I started drink Silk Soy Milk. I recently started taking ON 100% Whey protein powder. Instead of water, I found it taste much better in my soy milk. It went from "eh" to downright delicious. Am I making a big mistake here? Is this a bad choice? What are my other options?
