Hi guys, Leg days are really affecting my cardio schedule. For example, I worked on my legs on Sunday morning and I'm still sore ! (its tuesday morning). In the meantime, I can't do any cardio cuz well my legs hurt. Thats like sunday, monday and probably tuesday lost to leg soreness. Is there a solution to this ? Perhaps I am training my legs too hard ? or can I take some supplements to help my legs recover faster ? I'm pissed that I can only do cardio 4 days a week.
