Suck on this!
So i sprained my finger a couple days back and its in a splint. No broken bones showed on the x-ray but I still have to wear a splint till the next checkup next week.
It doesn't throbbed anymore and did chest/tris today. I did all machines where i just used my open palms to push, but its going to more difficult to find something that doesn't involve gripping when I'm pulling.
What exercises can I do for back?
