FIT Sprained my finger but still can workout

So i sprained my finger a couple days back and its in a splint. No broken bones showed on the x-ray but I still have to wear a splint till the next checkup next week.

It doesn't throbbed anymore and did chest/tris today. I did all machines where i just used my open palms to push, but its going to more difficult to find something that doesn't involve gripping when I'm pulling.

What exercises can I do for back?

use wrist straps for regular back exercises.

btw, just read your log about keeping at it, and hitting it hard, and hoping i don't get sick or break something. and this makes me :rofl:

:rofl::rofl::rofl: Yea it sucks! I didn't think I would need that finger until I actually tried to pick up some weights! :rofl:
