From first step back to beginning of squat was like 12 seconds. I usually feel that my feet aren't set up right. The rack is not parallel with the mirror/wall so it fucks with you because you pair up with the wall/mirror but then you're like sidways in the rack and you can't tell what even is...hard to explain but it's annoying.

is it best to do squats with no shoes?

do you use the box for depth? make sure you're not bouncing off the box, which it didnt look like you did.
I use the box so I know that I'm going deep enough. The top level is a pad so as soon as I feel my ass tap that I just go up. I'm not using it like people use them for box squats or anything, well not in the vid, I do sometimes for training.
And yes, no shoes is ftw. My only other shoes are running/skate shoes and those suck. Barefoot is best but I only do that for heavier stuff. I bought the Vibram Five Finger shoes today tho so I'll try them out and see if they're legit.

Yeah I was squatting in socks in that video, that was yesterday. I bought the shoes today.
Glad to hear it's good though I was expecting criticism, typical OT style. I'd kind of rather get criticism though so I could improve. I'll report back if squatting in the Five Fingers is awesome. Just ran down the street in them and I felt like I was flying

@Man Bear Pig: I'm going to run in them as well. Plus I usually squat in socks and try "spreading the floor" while squatting while wearing a slippery sock...it doesn't work. So then I have to go barefoot and I feel like I'm going to get the HIV at my gym.
And @ everyone hating the music - wtf do you bromosexuals listen to at the gym that's so amazing? I like to listen to baby killing music personally.
Get set up faster. You should get the bar on your back, take 2 steps back and be ready to go.
Form is good, but get your ass down a little bit lower.
