I cant decide if teh day after squats or the day after deads hurts me most..

yeah it is sometimes hard getting up from my couch after a good leg day
I always feel like a doofus trying to walk in public places the day or two after a nasty nasty leg day.
Fucking hit a new PR today for deadlift.
Or getting up on stage for graduation

and since I do christophers' routine, that means it happens pretty much most of the week
I busted my ass the first day I did squats trying to get up off my bed. They just didn't push any.
My legs get sore exactly 30 hours after training them. So legs monday, chest tuesday and if it was a good leg day I pretty much have to take wed off because I can barely walk.
People were asking me last night why I was walking like a jackass.
