i got sick about two months ago and am just gettin back to the gym. before i stopped, i hit a plateau that i was on for quite a long time. could you guys critique my old workout? mon: bench, tri's wed: back, legs fri: shoulders, bi's basically i was doing 4x10 increasing 10lbs, then 5 and 5 again. i'd be dead on the last set. i'm 6'2" 190 and i want to get down to a lean 180. i play basketball and golf so i don't want to get broly like some of you cuz i would imagine i'd be less flexible and agile. i miss the rowing days. i was like 185lbs and like 8% body fat. so how do i gain strength and how should i do my sets weight wise?
