These few months shall be know as the decimation of all that is food.
What's your diet look like for bulking?

How clean is your diet gonna be?
What are you sitting at right now?
How much are you hoping to gain?
That is the focus of this bulk season. That and calves.
Semiclean. I probably won't be eating donuts and shit like last time, or not as much, but I will just be making sure to get enough protein and total calories, all else is secondary.
I am ~205 as of yesterday.
I am probably going to aim for 230 or so. I would like to cut back to 215 next year at the same bodyfat.

I'm gonna bulk over the winter too, I did my whole bulk/cut cycle totally backwards. This time I'm doing it right.

Yeah, Although I'm gonna do Dbol, Test E, and Deca.
Last time I fucked it up and it basically turned into a cycle of Deca.
I'd reaaaaally wanna do something that can't aromatize, but I'm too much of a pussy to do something that requires pinning ED or EOD

yeah if i bulk again no more donuts, cookies, milkshakes and all that shit...i ate so much shitty food this winter

what are you shooting for calorie-wise?
I dunno yet, I have to get back into it and figure out how much I am gaining off of what intake. I have a feeling it will be around 3500 when all is said and done, possibly a little higher. This week is all about eating tons of stuff like sushi and chinese food.
