So after 5 months of bulking, I gained 28 pounds and decided it was time to start cutting. The diet and cardio are going to suck, but I'm serious about this sport and I plan on seeing it through until I'm happy with the results. These were taken today - 196 pounds @ ~13%: Couple quick questions - Most importantly, I would really appreciate people telling me what looks good and/or what needs work. Also, what are some good snacks when cutting and what is the reason for cheat meals? Thanks guys.
