Dollar for dollar, it's the best value i've ever spent on anything related to working out. If I had to choose between a bucket of whey and the book, i'd choose the book. I've done alot of reading on the net about forms and mechanics, but the depth of detail is just amazing. There's half a dozen pictures of different forms for all the body shapes. I've always thought my form was perfect but the book taught me to consider stuff i have missed all these years. There's almost 60 pages dedicated on the proper form of a squat! The subtle changes made the squat feel like a whole new movement for me, and yet i'm sure if I recorded the same squat on video, it'd look the same to anyone else. It's my current deadlift go from heavy to light as a feather. It's that amazing. GO GET IT. And if you're still unsure, read the reviews on amazon. I know i'll be writing another 5/5 to add to the list.
