I figured this was the most appropriate place to post this. When I go to sleep, I try to get 7-8 hours and in the morning I would say I feel decent, considering not many people wake up whistling and wide awake. I go to class which always seems like an eternity. 1:15 classes are dreadfull. My problem is I can not seem to get off this napping kick, as soon as I get home I usually always end up falling asleep for an hour or 2 between 4 and 9pm, and it hate it because then I just feel lazy and don't want to do anything the rest of the night. Any tips on avoiding naps, or even just feeling more motivated during the day?
