As far as exercise goes, I'm set for the perfect running weather, great student rec center with an amazing gym. However, my school seems to be lacking alot on nutritional foods. Our foodcourt consists of a sandwich shop, McDonald's, a smoothie and wrap shop, Panda Express, Papa Johns, and Chik-Fil-A (I go to U of Arizona). Anyways, I'm finding it rather difficult to eat healthy and still maintain variety in my diet. I'm in the dorms, so cooking my own food isn't an option. I'm not sure what to do besides taking vitamins to replace what I'm losing from the food. Suggestions? Anyone else have this problem and find a solution?
