I like to do 2 body parts per day for my workout routine,with about 2-3 mintues per rest between each set. It seems to always take me about 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. I heard though for my body type endomorph, this is very bad and is hurting my progression? Im skinny and have been eating alot, and have seen great results, but i wish they were better. I have been working out for a year, and im happy with my progress but i think it could be better.
