wow. $1200 for 2 discs of metal. WHAT. THE. FUCK.
get the part numbers and look it up online to find real price?
You just ordered Platinum disc rotors, time to take out a HELOC
that sounds about right. why did you even have them quote it out to begin with. go down to the parts dept or better yet, down to your local auto store, purchase, put them on, call it a day.
Why would you even think about buying parts at a stealership?
what the fuck, do it yourself for free + the cost of the parts.
thats where i went for the rx-8
Autozone, $100. Done.
Yeah, those duralast pads and rotors are top of the line.
yeah, just went on the G35 forums and found a set of NEW IN BOX rears for $200.
$70.00 a piece
He's calling the DEALERSHIP about brake rotors. Apparently he dosen't need top of the line.
thats what they said. "but these are BREMBO. BREMBO ARE THE BEST BRAKES EVER! BREMBOBREMBOBREMBOBREMBO!!!!!!!!!!"
just for the rear rotors its 185 a piece for the brembos
dealership parts, autozone parts, Brembo OE replacement. It's all the same.
i was curious
took it in about a week ago to get a trim piece fixed. they insisted i needed new rear rotors and gave me a quote.

um don't go to the dealer
Built to last, Duralast!

nissan dealership quoted me like $800 just to change my brembo brake pads a while back...i bought the pads myself and took it to someone else to do it...whole thing ended up costing me like $295
That's still a grand for FUCKING BRAKE ROTORS
