I've searched up the pain online and it seems pretty common with a lot of people, especially with those who lift. Just wanted to check with you guys if it is normal or not. The pain isn't soreness, but rather a sharp sort of feeling in my sternum. I feel it throughout the week, especially after I wake up from naps/in the morning. I'll even feel it crack in the mornings sometimes. The pain isn't excruciating or anything, but it's there and I'd like to know if it's worth getting checked out or not.
