My bench is sticking right around the midpoint. Is that indicative of weak triceps?
Best exercises to correct this weakness are 2 and 3 board presses, mid-position pin press and floor press
I have this problem too. It makes sense, the more I think about it I realize I don't work my triceps enough.
ceaze, would floor presses really be effective for a noob, they just take out leg drive corect, and wouldnt it be safe to say that this is somethign most noobs should learn?
I don't think noobs need to worry about sticking points because pretty much everything is weak
