Have been a homeowner for 8 years.

Just looked at property taxes paid over that time. I'll post the copypasta myself.

Looking for a place to stay?
Don't rent an apartment, you're just throwing your money away, you stupid faggot.
Oh fuck, you bought a place in this market?
You're gonna lose your ass for being such a dumb faggot.

RWT has some potential. I am concerned over the earnings. ARR is similar but has been posting positive earnings and a more consistent dividend.

RWT recently raised its dividend but seems to change it frequently. That being said if RWT cut its dividend in half you would still have a ~6% dividend which is very nice.

China up as Jack Ma out :io: :hmm:

Jack Ma to give up control of Ant Group. As regulatory pressures continue, the billionaire founder will give up control of the fintech behemoth. After the change, the company said that no one would have overall control, with Ma having just 6% control. The shareholder structure will change to achieve this, but shareholders’ economic interests will remain the same. Investors are watching closely to see how this plays out, given China’s continued actions to reduce the influence of large private investors.
