don't know why it's so difficult to just tell people what stock you bought instead of slowly leaking information out over a number of weeks

RWT has some potential. I am concerned over the earnings. ARR is similar but has been posting positive earnings and a more consistent dividend.

RWT recently raised its dividend but seems to change it frequently. That being said if RWT cut its dividend in half you would still have a ~6% dividend which is very nice.
