Around Thursday last week after being up for 30 hrs studying for a test I went to bed and basically slept all day after the text at 4pm, Friday I wasn't feeling good at all, went to the bar with a friend to celebrate a b day. I got way sick (I haven't really drank in about a year) . I was sleeping like 14 hrs a night since thursday just recovering from whatever I caught or why I felt sick. So basically Thursday - Sunday , I ran my kcals and stuff. I was bringing in like 1000 kcals a day, between 40-50g's of protein, and very high carbs (a ton of fruit). Surpingly my body didn't ache to much, I just felt sick overall. The question is , when getting back to my normal food should I ramp it up or go straight back into it?
