Just wondering if anyone has any exercises, articles, or general info for strengthing ankles? I injured my ankle a while ago and now it is getting to that point where it feels great (i'd say 95% at this point). But I DO have a tendency to twist my ankle and I'd like to avoid any further injury. On top of the strengthening the ligaments, tendons, etc. to avoid lateral sprains, I feel that the back of my ankle is weak. Basically, the achillees. Any help is appreciated.
