I wonder what the subway tuna cal breakdown is? 6" for lunch today on wheat.

I get that all the time..I'm not sure what veggies and stuff to get it with though...What do you get?
double meat for only $1.00 = 2 chicken breast on a six inch sammich

get whatever you want, veggies are good for you. I usually pile it on. lettuce, tom, pickles, olives, onions, sweet peppers. Top it off with the spicey musturd.
$1 added onto an already $6 sub... I can goto Sonny's BBQ and get all you can eat BBQ for that price

It was 5.04 after tax. Was NOT worth it! I ate it after reading this thread. I was expecting 4 patties of chicken for some reason.
first layer at the top after the bread is the chicken breast, then its the roast beef, then i have turkey, and below it is baco, and it's slathered in ranch, on that cheese bread
I regularly get two roasted chicken breast wraps for dinner. Add lettuce, tomato, pickle, black olives, banana peppers, and salt/pepper for a pretty decent meal.
