My friend and I have been lifting intensively since the beginning of august at a new gym that opened near us. We have been working on muscle mass building mainly. spending between 5 and 10 minutes of cardio to get the blood pumping, stetching out, then doing 3 sets of 8 to 10, 5 or 6 exercises a day, 3 or 4 times a week. The results have been fantastic, but we are starting to plateau, and we are looking towards the summer. I'm looking for suggested sites, or routines that would help us cut in, and reduce body fat. My ultimate goal is to have a washboard set of abs by the time summer starts. Which for mean simply means burning off the fat around the mid-section Any help would be great!
