Hi, I'm really trying to gain weight. I'm 5'10 1/2 and 120lbs. I have gone to so many doctors because they believed I had something wrong preventing me from gaining weight but it comes down my fast metabolism. I am trying so hard to gain weight by eating everything possible and I'm still not seeing an improvemnt. Its pretty depressing.. So basically every morning I eat either a bowl of honey bunches of oats cerial or a breakfeast bar before school. I also drink a large glass of orange juice. Around lunch I eat peanut butter and jelly, chips, water, peanuts and a slice of pizza. For dinner it changes day to day, but I try to eat a lot. I have maybe 4 glasses of orange juice a day and 3 glasses of milk. I am also eating one of those small hogendaz ice creams a day which is a ton of calories. I'm not really sure how many calories I am taking in and how to improve it. Any suggestions would be greatly apperiated .
