so after my first year in college i have basically ruined my complete body i went from a leaner 215 lbs up to around 245 thanks to all of that beer and not so healthy food. So far my plan for this summer is to run, and run i have. I have been running 2 miles a day about 4-5 times a week for a couple weeks now. I can feel my endurance getting better and closer to what it was before I left for score, I am not getting winded as quickly which is good. I feel like the fact that this extra weight is relatively new means it will be easier to burn off. I am alot more active now since i am working a landscapping job 8 hours a day then working out. The real question about this is how long should i just keep running for. what i had planned on doing was running the 2 miles 4-5 times a week until june 9th. After that everytime i worked out i was going to run to the gym(about a mile or 3/4 mile), lift, then run home. If I lifted and ran like that 4 times a week that should be alright right? Or would you reccomend that I start doing a different schedule or even start lifting asap.
