F&N Gurus, I come to you with my summer workouts. This was sent to all of us by our strength coach, and I just thought it would be a good idea to run it by the collective expertise of F&N, since I learned most of what I know through this board. If anyone has suggestions for adding to it, or any direct critiques, I'd like to hear them.
