Fuck, I take a 90 second rest on chest and back and like 2 min rest between squat sets. AM I SCREWING MYSELF?!

Chyea... I should be where I want to be for the summer in a few weeks
I am working backwards here
I got sick and then had midterms and was eating shitty and not lifting for a while and I am STILL trying to get back on track with everything.
Probably put on 2% worth of bodyfat in the last month.
Once I get shit going though I can get back to where I want to be within 2 weeks and hopefully hit that 8% goal by July 1st.
Lean like a lion, that's SWOLE.
Hockey seasons over. Time to get TONED
actually kind of worry a bit about this myself. I'm getting too social at the gym and sometimes it can be 3 minutes by the time the plates are loaded and I'm lifting.
evh, are you going out of your way to make shitty thread after shitty thread? you need less time on the internet and more time in the kitchen/gym
Longer rests aren't going to destroy your workout. You should only need about 2 minutes to recover but i think the rushed sets are for improved endurance and increased heart rate.
