So it's been a while since I posted in F&N. I thought I would post up, because I def need the support of F&N. Quick story: The people that knew me, I used to workout a lot and eat well, didn't have "fast food" for years. For 3 years I was tied to the gym usually 5 days a week. My big 3 raw was getting well. I was a gym rat and was getting stronger every month During my last week of college Dec 2007, I was prepping to go to my first meet. I stress fractured my ribs deadlifting raw when I was having problems on the lockout. I fired my hips and pop pop, I was out. I stopped working out, and graduated college. I started eating all the foods I missed for years. For 2 years I just avoided the gym, focused on my career, and ate what I wanted. I enjoyed life, but knew my gym hobby was missing from me being happy. I went from 226 (with 192 lbm hydrostatic test), to 297 when I weighed myself 1 month ago! I'm 6'1", but had become FAT. Stupid Fat! So for the last month I have been back in the gym 4 days a week, back on the ole trusty pur routine. It sucks to be looked at as the weak guy in the gym, benching and squating 135 I've been focusing on form, and getting my volume on, slowly making the gym part of my life again. Reading the posts in here and seeing peoples results is getting me motivated more and more to get in there and transform my body back down to where it was. It's going to be a LONG journey, I hope this is the first post towards that. I'm taking progress pics. When I hit my milestones I will post up result pics, from 275, 275, 225 and so on . . Just wanted to post up and be held to an obligation now, I'm doing this. .
