I've decided to get off my lazy ass and start working out cuz I want to look leaner. I was looking at the links for supplements, but I was thrown off by the different kinds there are and need some insight on what kind I should get. Info: I'm 5'5, 21 years old, Female, and weight 135. I want to lose 15-20 lbs. Lose the extra weight/fat and tone up. I'll be working out at least 4 times a week and I'm eating right but I think some pills will help speed the process up. So.....what do I get? Appetite suppresants? Fat Metabolizers? Carb Blockers? Fatty Acids? Thermogenics? Diuretic? Glucose Transport? Topical Fatloss? (some of the few categories I saw) HELP!
