whats a good supplement for weight gain??
i eat alot of food, but i need a good protein/weight gainer for working out
ergopharm mass meal, milk, peanut butter, oats + banana. you can even add some olive or flax oil for MORE calories.
i liked cytogainer.
but there's nothing wrong with binging on some eggs, milk, kroger carbmaster yogurt about 45mins before you hit weights.
I wouldn't do that.... you'll likely crash during your workout.
i wish i had a problem gaining weight...
