works great for me.
Chest / back/ off / Shoulders / off / arms / legs
Often ill switch chest and shoulders around. like for a month.
3. Was four but I just switched it up.
3 Day Split.
4 day normally
this week has been random
3x a week, full-body on this cycle. I've done 4x and 6x a week as well, they all have their points.
