which should I eat?
Clearly sweet because sweet potatoes are fuckin slammin.
And packed with awesome complex carbohydrates while white potatoes are packed with starchy, shitty, weak carbs.
sweet. regular potatoes are pretty much useless and should be viewed as a cheat side
honestly...i enjoy baked sweet taters and i eat them plain
but if i ate them regularly id have to switch it up.
oh yea, deep fried in tempura batter is amazing but not good for you
baked with a little butter and cinnimon.
here's one of my favorites.
1. boil or roast the sweet potato
2. Roast/Toast Walnuts
3. mash with butter (or olive oil), cinnamon & a dash of nutmeg & cloves
4. add walnuts to mashed potato
5. Chow the fuck down
We do sweet potato fries all the time in the oven. I.e. baked and NOT fried. Just cut into strips, spread on cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil and pop in the oven at 350 or so until they are soft.

theres nothing wrong with a fucking white potato dude. Main difference is vitamin content. Glycemic index doesn't fucking apply to non-diabetic people.
Even a little toaster oven cooks it pretty even.

Sweeet potatoes are gross
4.5 minutes in the microwave + some Splenda Brown = eaten with my lunch daily.
