Switchin up weight..

    So today I was told that I should switch up weight. As in instead of doing 4 sets of 6 reps with the heaviest weight while still being able to complete my exercises. Today went down five pounds in weight for each exercise I did and did 4 sets of 10 reps. By dropping 5 pounds in weight should there be a change in my size and mass or just get more definition? I dunno...that is why I am asking..:ugh:

    Well see, switching to 4 sets of 10 reps vs 4 sets of 6 reps is not only going to lower your cytoplasma levels, but it's also doing to deplete your oxyguno reserves. But this little chemical change is what you technically want to increase your state of mass and size.

    If you want to increase mass and size then you need to focus on foods that are rich in chemibalanced epistotomy minerals such as banana's, asparagus, and apricots. Especially after your workouts when all of your energy levels will be depleted.

    Also, you should already know this, but the faster you do your workouts, the better. This makes it so that your muscle ligament structure doesn't get used to the weight you just did. Therefore, mulist production and ligament capacitation activity will skyrocket which will then give you the mass or "jacked" look that you so desire.

    hypertrophy = swolled
