Now that its summer i have some more time to workout and was thinking about switching from a 3 day per week routine to either a 4 or 5 day a week routine in order to see some more improvement. I currently am doing this: Monday Back/Bi's/Shoulders (Rows, A Hammer Machine, Pullups or Pulldowns, Hyperextensions, Flys, Hammer Curls, BB Curls (or DB curls depending on the week), Various Shoulder Raises, Shrugs) Wednesday Legs/Abs (Squat, Leg Press, SLDL, Calf Raises, Weighed Abs, Leg Raises, Decline Abs) Friday- Chest/Tris (Bench, Incline (either BB or DB), Flys, Dips, Pushdowns, other tricep exercises.) My question is how should i Change up my routine to accomidate more workout days per week and is there any point in doing this? My goals are to gain strength in all areas since i am not improving as much as i would expect. I feel like i am working out pretty hard but havent seen many great gains. Any Suggestions?
