Switching routine order/days around for one week

    Does anyone else switch their routine order around one week every month or two months?


    Like for six weeks I'l ldo

    Wed - Legs
    Thur - Chest
    Fri - Back
    Sat - bi/tri/shoulder

    now this week I'm going to do

    Wed - chest
    Thur - Back
    Fri - Arms
    Sat - Legs

    Then go back to the normal order for another six weeks.
