How do you compare?
just about right
29 inch waste = teh
so once you calculate, those numbers are what you should be at?
pretty close, but I have huge wrist and my hips aren't big - thankfully

Forearm size: 13.7 (actual:11.5)
Waist Size:33.2 (actual: 34)

My waist is the only thing off..
My hips, waist, thighs and neck are far bigger than they should be, but everything else is right.
My neck is to small and so is my chest
Other than my neck/chest/calves/biceps everything is more than 3 inches off
pretty dead on. calves are a lil bigger though. & thigh's are way bigger.

Waist , neck and foerarms are smaller for me, hips the same and the rest are larger.

pretty damn close but there is no way in hell I would ever get a 31 in waist.
I'm no longer allowed to say that to my family they said its weird and disturbing
just about dead on. except my chest is 1 inch smaller, waist 1 in smaller, biceps, calves, and forearm are 1 in bigger. not too shabby
I've been half-hearted about it the last week or 2.. stagnant for now.
i guess ive already exceeded all my goals.. lol
btw my wrists get thicker when i work out more, so ill have to re-evaluate in a few months..haha

interesting. hubby doesn't lift much but he's a big dude. 8 inch wrist
timber, i dont think it's a symmetry calculator .. more of a proportion calculator
