tonight was the first time i've tried them. why didnt anyone tell me this before?
I recently tried barbell rows again after not doing them for a LONG time, and they rock as well.

never tried bb rows before, ill give that at try tomorrow (back day)
I thought it was fairly common knowledge that either of those kicked ass
do it broly style with a bb stuffed into the corner of your gym and a hand grip attachment
staples of back routine: pullups, tbars, bb row, dl
my gym has one of those, looks like i'll have to give them a try
back is nice and tight this morning
b/o bb rows rarely feel natural. maybe my form sucks but its hard to balance, and its hard to isolate my back.
Takes a lot of practice..
yeah im still pretty new to those also
