i'm almost there. but my lower could use improvement. my BF is 10%
lose bodyfat, grow abs
so more cardio?
6 packs are made in the kitchen. I suggest further refining your diet. Also, at 10% most people will have a six pack. Other than that the easiest way to get a six pack quickly is the 7-11.
As far as training, you would also maybe want to step up resistance. So instead of just doing a lot of crunches, do them while holding plates on your chest. Leg raises with resistance too.
In colorado 7-11's carry only 3.2% beer...don't go there.

how do you do those?
Get a pair of jumper cables and have another guy hold the other end while pulling you up.
on the calbe cross over machine, set the pulley about 3/4 of the way up, and attatch the rope. From your knees do crunches.. pretty simple really.
