xbox 360 leagues
lol game is definitely not meant for consoles.
bad scout is bad
more like, consoles, lol
couldn't even finish half of it
when the fuck is the engineer update coming out
So how do you rocket jump on consoles?
I have always wondered this, and I once asked that to someone that plays on 360. His response was somewhere along the lines of: "Rocket jump? Dont know what that is so it must be some PC elitist type thing. Anyway... (some retarded argument about why console TF2 isnt that bad)"
That is like half the fun of soldier.
And in the video, scouts seem to be oblivious to other scouts when they are running past each other wtf.
So bad, he didn't hit anyone for the first minute.... ugggh console controls are so stiff. I would hate to play tf2 on one.
Seems like scout with max sensitivity would be so much win on consoles when heavys can't turn fast enough to get you.
Did consoles get the FaN and other weapons?
sensitivity doesn't increase speed or your movement ability though
You're movement can be just the same with normal sens.
on consoles it does. we're talking about looking, right? not actual movement throughout the game world?
Pretty sure he knows that and is just talking about doing tight circles around heavies, where you wouldn't be able to stay focused on the heavy with low sensitivity (keep in mind we're talking about consoles )
Yea sensitivity = mouse movement (or joystick in this case lol).
But he was implying that max sensitivity somehow means a heavy can't hit you.
Most of the movement wouldn't require max sensitivity. You can still air strafe and double jump heavies with normal sensitivity.
Guess I wasn't clear.
Higher sensitivity on scout would help aim and shoot faster.
If you could aim with those shitty controllers in the first place.
Amazing intel grab at 1:10
I don't get why consoles dont have mouse/kb support. It would make too much sense. Well atleast I know the xbox doesnt. I've heard some PS3 fps support kb/mouse but those are just things I've heard.
Because people using controllers would rage most likely. It would be extremely easy for Xbox 360 at least to just include the PC config files and option for kb/m. When you buy PC games that are on consoles the config files always have the controller scheme's included as well, they're just commented out.
There was some FPS mmo type game (Shadowrun I think? not the snes rpg) that combined Xbox and PC for online play. They had to try and gimp PC players and gave console players slight auto-aim and they still got raped. That game eventually failed.
Edit: Found it
Apparently from what I've read these ways to try and make PC and console more even still failed and PC would rape people. Game came out in May 2007 and by Sept 2007 the company closed. Apparently servers only stayed up until Feb. 2008, so the game pretty much failed.
Are the guys in these videos actually considered good by console standards?
