Just wondering for anyone who's read the article... while they say to be careful about overtraining... I couldn't find where it says how often one should do these? Any suggestions? edit: I can do 2 with my right but only 1 with left. The second one also isn't from a dead hang. My best was 4 with my right years ago but even then only the first from rock bottom.
