Thanksgiving was like a month ago for me.
that sounds fucking disgusting
brown n serve rolls
followed by guilt for eating enough calories for the week in 1 meal lol
I love to eat lots and lots of food occasionally, I plan on being sick to my stomach.

I cook thanksgiving at my house, since i'm the only really good cook in the family....
Last years turkey was soaked in a honey/Orange/Clove brine for 24 hours, then put on the smoker for 18 hours at ~250 degrees...
It was goddam amazing.....

I'll be frying mine again this year ... man that fried turkey skin is sooooo good.
fuck ALL of that just bake your turkey but brine it in seasoned water for 12 hours before cooking... it will be the best turkey you've ever had, I'm not dicking around here.
I can think of a lot of better tasting things than turkey & potatoes
