I'm 6'0, 190-195 with muscle looks great on me. I've let myself go and haven't been working out as much so I'm 210 skinny fat with everything in love handles and some on my stomach.
Most I got to was 220 and I just cut my portion sizes down, ate cleaner and lost 10lbs in 2 months. Been more active recently, bodyweight workouts, going on jogs with the pupper, going to weigh myself this weekend and start lifting again next week. Thots and prayers for the disc in my neck
